The reason for mentioning the renovation/investment experience is because it requires a detailed knowledge of all aspects of real estate including construction, project management, property values in the current marketplace as well their future value, how much trade items cost to fix or replace, and all processes related to negotiating, buying and selling. We use that knowledge to better serve our clients even if they are not interested in renovating because we know these houses down to their literal bones.
My wife and I are a full-time Realtor team and we simply want to bring a fresh, down-to-earth approach to realty by leveraging our experience to help others achieve their housing goals in the great Twin Cities.
